TWIST 2009

Registration Information

         Registration for TWIST 2009 will be held on Friday, August 14th, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Holiday Inn in North Haven. 

All teams MUST send a representative to registration. The Holiday Inn is located at 201 Washington Avenue in North Haven, CT.

Directions to the Holiday Inn are as follows: Take I-91 to Exit 12. At the end of the ramp, the hotel will be right in front of you. 

Turn right off the exit and then left into the parking lot. 

We require that you submit the following information at registration:

  Certified Roster 

 Medical Release Forms for all players
